Peace of mind means a great deal, but is nothing compared to the actual physical safety of you and your loved ones. Whenever I am invited to a customer's home for an assessment, I listen to their desires and their concerns. I seek to understand what their short and long-term plans are with the property. I look at the situation as if it were myself and my family living there, and what course of action I would pursue under those circumstances.
My own personal decades of experience guide what advice I offer. Sometimes there is no cause for concern, and I can give their trees a clean bill of health. Sometimes I can offer them a direction that would be more beneficial to them (and their pocketbook), and I do so freely. We will take the time to accurately assess the health of your trees, advise you as to what the best course of action may be, and provide a free quote detailing what work we are offering to do and at what price.
